This is Kady Clement's Recipe for bannock 4 cups of Flour 4 Tablespoons of Baking Powder 3 Tablespoons of Sugar a Pinch of salt 1 Can of Evaporated milk 1 Can of water 3/4 inch of oil or Lard in a deep rimmed pan Heat pan on medium Heat (pro-tip here, you’ll know the oil is hot enough when you take a wooden spoon and put it in the oil and bubbles appear right away) cook till golden brown
